Just a quick update on the happenings of the week. Jeff graduates on Wednesday. He will give one of the valedictorian speeches. One of 12.... It is amazing how smart kids are nowadays. He is also performing a song with his friend Daniele He has started his job lifeguarding and is certifying to be a swim instructor.
Dan and Karen came in today, they are back from a trip to Alaska that Dan said was awesome. I don't remember if he used the word Awesome, but that is what it was.
My Dad who moved to Escalante (See previous 1,000 photos) just came in tonight for the graduation on Wed.
Jake has a friend over for the night, his name is Jake also. They have so much fun together and have the same initials Jrm.
Mandy is home for the night, she helped me out last night by plucking my eyebrows and exfoliating my face. (It doesn't work so well on my rough whiskers.)
Tim had a friend over. I think he looks for any excuse to be able to drive.
We took down the pool fence for the first time since we have had the pool, the backyard looks huge and the pool deck is much more usable. We are having a party on Wed after the graduation. Anyone who wants to come can. (Ron S, I will call in a complaint on the unlicensed guys working on the recently purchased foreclosure across from us, that way you can stop in for some bbq.
Kathy has one more week of her online class, and is not loving the every day of calculus. "How backwards is it that your kids make sure you are doing your homework."
That is enough rambling for tonight, I just wanted to catch up.
p.s. Tim, If you are reading this, please quit taking Amanda's I- home without asking. She especially doesn't like it when you take it in the bathroom when you shower. (is that what you wanted me to say Amanda?)

I am sad that I am going to miss the PARTY!!!! And since when has there been 12 Valedictorians? We were lucky to get 2. Makes for a shorter graduation though! I'm glad that you finally stopped texting me and realized that I was the true winner of the texting contest after you quit! Love ya.
