Jeff and friends went to Prom last week. Before he left he was talking to Kathy about how weird it was that this would be his last Prom. They had a great time and I am sure they will always have their memories of their fun group that they went with. I am grateful for Jeff's friends, they are such good kids and I wish that they could all re-do the senior year so that we could have
another year with them. I guess we still have to look forward to Jake and Tim going on dates. Mandy on the other hand will have a much different experience. I plan on conducting extensive background checks, interviews, and will most definitely accompany her on all of her upcoming dates after she turns 21.
Jeff's date was Kalou (Hopefully I spelled it correctly). I think that they made a nice couple and they are both very photogenic.
I can relate, even several years later now, of how we lived those senior years (and others) through our kids, glad they had such good friends & wanting only the best for each one.
